Why are you here?

We ask this question of every one, at every level, in every organisation, in every function, in every geography. And yes, of every CEO. Because it is a question about each person’s purpose.  Without asking this question, no one can possibly ask themselves if they align with the company’s purpose?

By raising this critical enquiry it unlocks the potential of every one & everyone to align & enhance their value to the company…..or to choose to leave as the answer was that their purpose & that of the company did not fit or feel right.

And simple though this sounds, ask yourself this question now. Why am I here?

There is no easy or simple answer.

For accountability to become personal, at the very beginning of the transformation journey the enquiry must be personal – in that way, it is authentic, legitimate & respectful and therefore, powerful.
