the whole story...

Saatchi & Saatchi, London is a major advertising & communications agency, the UK's 'Agency of the Year' 2002 and winners in the same year of the Cannes Grand Prix, the highest accolade in the industry. They employ over 300 people in London and are a leading market within Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, the current 'Global Agency Network of the Year'.
Their clients include Procter & Gamble, Visa, Toyota, Royal Bank of Scotland, T-Mobile, Diageo and Carlsberg-Tetley.

The Key Task
The key task was to help the Managing Director and CEO nominee Kevin Dundas put together the team and the plan which, under his leadership, would deliver upon Saatchi's global vision of being an "Ideas Company".
The vision requires Saatchi to transform their behaviour, performance and reputation, so they become "revered as the hothouse for world-changing ideas that transform clients' businesses, brands and reputations".

This transformation also challenges how they make money, as they wish to "win the revenue and profit
race by selling the most highly valued idea".

The Main Players
The main players in Saatchi, London were
James Hall, Chairman
Kevin Dundas, Managing Director (and CEO nominee).
They identified the core group of operational managers who had to be moulded into a team and - unified by Kevin's leadership - produce the plan to deliver the global 'Ideas Company' vision in London.
This group is comprised of the board directors responsible for the Visa, P&G and Toyota accounts plus the heads of Strategic Planning, Marketing, Integration, HR and Training.
