Q & A with Neil Cassie - Who Are Your Main Competitors & What Differentiates You From Them?

In the market of "Liberating Human Capital", tcp sees itself as the leader in its field and as defining a new category that currently has no competitors. Whilst there is an element of coaching contained in tcp's approach, this is not a competitive category. Typically coaches are not aligned to the strategic goals and vision of the organisation and work on one to one personal development. In the broader sense of competition, management & change management consultancies at the process end of the spectrum and innovation and marketing consultancies at the hypothesis end, are sometimes considered as competitors. However, they are typically prescriptive and their business model was developed to serve a highly predictive and process driven market environment. tcp believes that leaders are becoming increasingly aware that business is moving to a predominantly non-predictive, people driven market place and as such, is at the vanguard of a new, relevant and liberating way of working with organisations.
